Panelized Construction Services
Panelized "Off-site Stick Built" Plans - Walls are built in a
controlled environment, eliminating rain and temperature variations. This
reduces the risk of the lumber warping after construction. Exterior walls
have sheathing applied after being built on a panel machine. Roof trusses
are individually created for each job. Each insulated panel is pre-drilled
for electrical wiring and has insulated windows installed before being
shipped. Interior and exterior walls, trusses, and other necessary
materials are erected on the job site with the help of a crane and
manpower. A weather tight structure is in place within several days,
making a 3-month construction time a possibility.
