David has many years of experience in both Modular & Conversional “Stick” Framed structures as well as HUD construction. We are planning to add many States to his registration list (at least those States we are currently working in). Meanwhile for those States David is not registered in, we are setup with an outside Engineer to review & seal David’s work (we are expecting a quick turnaround time from him).

David has the ability to calculate design and HVAC loads and duct sizes and review and seal those plans. Also, he can review plans per current Building Codes. He also has knowledge and experience with value engineered homes to reduce costs and improve ease of construction.
