Door & window schedules, Section & details, Fastening, Insulation
procedures, typ. Foundation, Sheer walls, Seismic, and etc.
Installation Manual: (on-site setup & finish)
A layout of site requirements "staging" (prior to receiving
modules), Set instructions "per System drawings & Structural
calculations manual", Foundation overview, Fastening schedule, Interior
finish & Exterior finish.
Quality Assurance Manual:
Construction procedures "per the Drawings & Structural Calculations
manual", Inspection & Testing procedures, Plant / Station layout,
Station check-off list, Personnel Qualifications, Handling of material

Structural Calculation manual:
Sealed structural calculations "per System drawings" & (25)

Model Approvals: (Per individual Design)
Our packages are laid out to allow a verity of way to construct the home.
In most cases we add interior & exterior options that allow the homes
to be modified in many ways, all without requiring additional approvals.
Once you have a model approved you may rebuild this model as many times
as you desire.
